SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Opening - Insights position performs manual labor with various component parts related to hard goods athletic equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)

• Take bags with helmets off of trucks to be sorted.
• Sort helmet bags to ensure they get moved to their proper location for storage.
• Follows work instructions/specifications to determine correct counts and quantities.
• Observes all safety rules and regulations.
• Exercises care and good judgment at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, rules and BRG Code of Conduct.
• Practices good housekeeping by keeping work area, neighboring areas, and aisles clean and accessible.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Sufficient hand, eye, arm, and finger dexterity to open helmet bags and place helmets on a rack.
• Must wear safety glasses and hearing protection in designated areas.
• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking while also performing repetitive tasks.
• Prolonged periods of bending/twisting throughout a work shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
