Full Time Dispatcher Position Open

Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming phone calls, messages and emails, and dispatch the requests to the appropriate department as needed
• Log all incoming requests
• Schedule customer appointments and notify customers of service due

Assist with general office tasks such as:

• Create daily and monthly reports
• Track office inventory
• Assist customers with general requests and questions
• Outbound calls
• Filing and scanning files
• Attend monthly meetings

Basic to intermediate computer skills and keyboard accuracy are required for this role.

You will be using our CRM database, email, Skype, Google spreadsheets, and answering tech and office phones.

This position requires an individual to be outgoing, detail-oriented, focused, and motivated toward growth. Our office is a fast-paced environment that relies on systematically following processes & procedures to ensure a high level of accuracy and follow through.
