What you will be doing

  • Providing customers with a professional and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair services on an increasingly broad range of equipment and devices that Ricoh support including audio-visual, network devices, servers, routers, smart lockers.
  • To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of IT devices and equipment. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
  • To embrace the core Ricoh value of Customer Centricity in ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time.
  • To drive self-improvement and continuous professional development in order to keep up with ever-changing demands in the technology sector and the rapidly-expanding portfolio of products and services that Ricoh support.
  • To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
  • Management and control of stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.

You will ideally have

  • Good understanding of electrical/ mechanical engineering
  • Hold a valid clean driving license as travelling is required
  • Strong fundamental understanding of IT and systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organisation and time management
  • Flexible approach to a varied and high-pressure workload, with a hands on approach
  • Willingness embrace change in a rapidly moving industry
  • Good problem-solving skills and a systematic approach
  • Knowledge of Ricoh values, products and services is beneficial but not essential
