Financial Solutions Commencement Specialist
The Financial Solutions Commencement Specialist is responsible for the audit and approval for all new Leases. This role also includes the review and approval of PO requests and RFS holds to be reviewed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
�· Audits all new Leases, internal and investor agreements, to ensure that processing criteria is met.
�· Review PO requests hold release requests from order management team
�· Updates and maintains customer profiles for lease commencement
�· Provide support and acts as liaisons between the Sales Reps and the customer to aid in processing a Lease;
�· Main contact for all changes to an active booked Lease;
�· Other duties as assigned by manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
�· Post Secondary Education
�· Minimum of 2 years business experience, same/similar industry.
SKILLS:
�· Microsoft Office: specifically, Excel
�· Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
�· Excellent organizational and time management skills
�· Excellent problem-solving skills. Accuracy and detail oriented
�· Positive collaboration skills within a team environment, cross-functionally and works well independently
�· Customer service oriented
�· Able to multi-task
