POSITION PROFILE
Typically works in a warehouse/shop environment, has responsibility for shipping, packing, receiving, and stocking of toner, printers, cameras, accessories and other Service Advantage customer products. Possesses basic knowledge of technical/warehouse skills and the flexibility to work on multiple job functions on a daily basis.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have ability to learn various warehouse functions and processes that may include but not be limited to shipping ,receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, loading and unloading trucks
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment and workspace.
- Inspects, counts and prepares returnable toner/printer cartridges for shipment to other Ricoh warehouses
- With supervision, may perform duties like foam packaging etc.
- Meets/exceeds expectations on production assignments standards.
- Maintain and continue to develop skills necessary to successfully carry out assigned duties.
- May be required to operate powered and non powered Material Handling equipment such as hand powered pallet jacks and electric powered forklift (Forklift certification required)
- Performs other duties as assigned
