What is Rickhouse?

We’re a small brewery in downtown Mineral Wells that focuses on beer (duh), music, and people.

We have at least 3 live music sets a week, have just begun a Texas Country concert series, and will release a new music offering in September.

As for the beer, we’re far from craft beer hipsters. We keep a range of styles on tap, and our unofficial mantra is “beer for everyone.” We believe craft beer isn’t just for “fancy pants” people.

And that beer is only as good as the people you’re drinking it with. A customer’s brewery experience should be more than beer, so we’ve built a community.

What makes Rickhouse the coolest workplace in Palo Pinto County?

1. Opportunities for you to learn about beer, brewing, managerial duties, the music industry, and more! Our priority is that our bartenders grow with us, whether that means spending a day in the brewhouse or helping with our Texas Country concert series.

2. You can be as involved in Rickhouse as you like. Some of our bartenders focus on serving, while others choose to run special events, create sangria recipes, and more.

Our perfect candidate has:

1. 1 years of bartending/serving experience

2. Previous knowledge of craft beer or excitement to learn.

3. An outgoing and self-motivated personality.

Responsibilities
1. Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including craft beers, to customers in a timely manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
3. Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
4. Use POS systems efficiently to process orders and payments accurately.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
