Rickenbaugh is looking for our next professional to start on May 1, 2024.

Essential Job Functions:

· Participate in Daily production meetings

· Order all required parts and any Supplemental parts during the repair process utilizing the parts ordering system.

· Ensure proper parts are distributed to techs or parts racks

· Post invoices and credits same day

· Provide parts tracking for all back ordered parts

· Daily follow up with vendors to ensure delivery of parts is met by the delivery date set by vendor or before.

· Responsible for collecting all credits from vendors

· Maintain positive relationships with all vendors

· Mirror match all parts to ensure parts are correct and undamaged

· Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Companies Core Values in all interaction with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Maintain a valid driver’s license and MVR Record within company policy requirements.

· High School diploma or GED required

· 0-1 years of prior experience preferred

· Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

· Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30A – 5:00P

· Full-Time

· Hourly

Compensation:

This position ranges in compensation from $18.00 to $22.00 depending on experience and skills.
