Rick's Bakery in Fayetteville, AR is looking for an AM Team lead for sales floor to join our positive, strong, very busy team. This person must be able to lead a team of high school and college students in a very positive manner and be a motivator and hard worker. Must have great sales experience and customer service experience. This person will be opening the store every am and giving positive direction and instruction to our team and be able to work well with others. Our ideal candidate is positive, attentive, motivated, and reliable. The Opener position starts at 5:15 am - 1 pm. Must be able to work Saturdays!! (Day off would be Tuesday)
