The Richmond Flying Squirrels Seasonal Hospitality Operations Supervisor will work in a unique, fun-filled environment with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience assisting department managers in all facets of daily operations in addition to learning about cost analysis, special event coordination and planning, scheduling, training and development of team members, menu development and cost controls, cash handling, culinary skill development for large-scale execution, menu design and various administrative duties within human resources. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic with an interest in business management, hospitality and tourism management, special event management and/or general restaurant management and catering.
