Our successful and busy surgical practice is looking for an experienced surgery scheduler. We are in search of a highly organized, personable individual who has previous medical office experience and experience with electronic medical platforms and EMR systems. 

The right candidate will pay extreme attention to detail while scheduling both cosmetic and insurance surgeries in our electronic system and also with the operating room. You will ensure any medical clearances are obtained prior to scheduling surgery and will be responsible to set up CosmetAssure insurance and process all CosmetAssure claims. You will work closely with our patient care coordinator and enjoy working in a team environment while having face-to-face contact with our patients and staff. 

We offer health and dental insurance and paid time off. Employees will also qualify for access to complimentary aesthetic treatments offered by the practice. The position is full time, in-office, from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday – Friday. Salary commensurate with experience.**** 

Surgical Scheduler responsibilities :

~Schedule and post all cosmetic and insurance surgery cases in our electronic system and with the operating rooms.

~Work closely with the patient coordinator

~Arrange cardiac and other clearances and pre-admission testing as needed.

~Register cosmetic cases with CosmetAssure and process all CosmetAssure claims.

~Offer backup to the front desk coordinator to answer phones, schedule appointments and other office duties as needed.
