PT/Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP)**** $500.00 Sign-On Bonus ****We are seeking a Part Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide hands on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning. This position is Saturday and Sunday 3pm - 10pm (working with women)Some lift and transfer may be required. Paid trainings, including CPR/First Aid and opportunities to obtain Med Tech Certification!DSP’s assist with creating opportunities for individuals to live full and productive lives by:Assisting with participation and exploration of the community Cultivating and expanding independent living skillsAssisting with development of meaningful and personal relationshipsImplementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goalsEligible candidates must have a high school degree/GED and a current driver’s license with less than three points on the driving record.$500 Bonus Pay Out Structure: $250 – First Day; $250 – after three monthsYou must remain in the designated position for the time intervals specified above to qualify for the bonus payout.
