Richardson Sports is Hiring a Warehouse Associate Near Springfield, OR
We are looking for Warehouse Associates who can pick, pack and ship orders efficiently, safely and with good attention to detail.
Starting pay is $15-$16 an hour depending upon experience. We offer free medical and free dental insurance upon eligibility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Performs all pick, pack, and ship duties as needed
- Assists in the unloading of inbound shipments
- Become certified in the operation of material handling equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks)
- Effectively communicates with warehouse management team to continuously improve warehouse operations
- Assists in keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and organized
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Education and Abilities:
- High school graduate education or GED
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Forklift operation experience preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting
