Richardson Heights Dental is Hiring a Dental Office Manager Near Richardson, TX

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical terminology and practice management, with the ability to handle various administrative tasks and provide support to our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and medical records personnel
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, ensuring optimal utilization of healthcare providers' time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist with utilization management by monitoring patient appointments and coordinating referrals to specialists as needed
- Oversee billing and coding processes, working closely with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement
- Manage office budget, including monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery and improve patient satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare systems, recommending improvements to enhance office efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and practice management principles
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record systems
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
