RICHARD is currently looking for a Project Banner Scheduler in Destrehan, Louisiana. Work will be performed at the Destrehan job site.

Hours per week: 40 - 50 hours per week

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years demonstrated P6 scheduling experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Employee must be capable of communicating in person, via telephone, email, video chat, and software systems
• Good organization, planning, and implementation skills, including the ability to coordinate and work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop all project schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM) in Primavera P6
• Develop, monitor, and update resource-loaded schedule and provide variance reports
• Evaluate, perform resource analysis, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports
• Perform CPM schedule development, schedule analysis, and prepare schedule presentations using Primavera P6
• Develop project/construction baseline CPM schedules in accordance with developed guidelines for approval by Project Team
• Provide support, scheduling assistance and education to Project Team members
• Generate reports and update project schedules to include any scope changes on a weekly or as needed basis
• Review and verify all project related scheduling information with Project Team
• Submit and present schedules and progress reports at project meetings
• Develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services
