Responsibilities: 

Sales Generation for both speculative homes and on your lot opportunities Face of the Company and first touch point for continued client interaction prior to construction start and post completion thereby ensuring a satisfying client experience. Manage communications with clients and liaise with architects. 

Coordination of all selections 

Create Architectural Review Committee notebooks. Coordinate with community representatives and architects. 

Event Coordination and Marketing 

Attend pre-construction meetings and coordinate with internal teams. Coordinated with landscaping and fencing vendors in the design of landscape concepts Coordinate with team members responsible for construction and purchasing . Client Communication and Contract Management including the scheduling of closings and coordination with attorneys and realtors. 

Generate contract paperwork, manage client surveys, and maintain CRM database. Manage Marketing and social media thru outside marketing firm 

Manage sponsorship opportunities to maintain community presence 

Coordinate with website managers. 

Respond to changing conditions with proactive marketing strategies. 

Qualifications: 

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Knowledge of construction industry trends. 

Computer skills 

Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. 

Compensation: 

Full time 

Starting salary $40,000 - 45,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional Commission, Earn $100,000
