Ware currently hiring for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Delivery Department. An RTBS Delivery Coordinator will be working with clients to set up their hot tubs & swim spa deliveries to their home and has a go-getter attitude, is a fast learner, great problem-solving skills and can perform job tasks correctly and professionally. Our team is made up of creative, innovative, and hard-working professionals in the industry. We have team members who have been with Richard's for over 20 years- major growth opportunities!

Duties Include:

• Schedule and coordinate hot tub and swim spa deliveries with client and delivery team.
• Work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure all products coming out of the warehouse are in-stock and ready for delivery day.
• Coordinate with electrician and concrete contractors to prepare customer's homes for spa/swim spa delivery.
• Make sure files are closed out and completed in database after delivery is completed.
• Communicate with the client prior, during and post-delivery to make sure they are completely satisfied with their purchase and ask for 5-star reviews.
• Assist the warehouse manager with invoices.
• Coordinate delivery team's schedule and with showroom managers to move in new products/take out products to prepare for deliveries.

Experience:

• Coordinating Deliveries: minimum 1 year
• Customer Service
• Problem Resolution: 1 year (Required)
• Basic Computer Skills including MS Office: 1 year (Required)
• .Must be highly organized.
• Great communication skills.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License:

Valid Driver's License with good driving record

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
