We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! This position will begin with a base hourly pay and move to a commission based on performance after 3 months of training. Training and motivation to succeed is mandatory. This person will be tasked to handle much of their own quoting through resources and software that we supply.

$70,000 at plan earnings

• Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
• Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
• Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals

• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• Proven track record in sales
