Position Description: The Client Services & Home Warranty Administrator plays an essential role for our Client Services department. The Client Services & Home Warranty Administrator reports directly to the Client Services Manager and performs tasks as required for the Client Services department. The Client Services Admin will provide direct support to the Client Services Team complete any tasks that are required in order to successfully provide exceptional service to Blue Heron clients. Responsibilities:
Support Client Services field team.
Assembly of Client Warranty Box.
Assembly of Client Warranty Binder.
Schedules client orientations, internal walk though, key releases, and internal meetings.
Maintains client services portal.
Distributes documents to appropriate Blue Heron team members and departments.
Monitors utility closeouts after home closing.
Distributes warranty service requests received to Client Service field team.
Ability to visit job sites as needed to retrieve warranty paperwork.
Works closely with all necessary Blue Heron departments.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Distributes home warranty boxes.
Supply and Inventory management
Calendar management.
Responsible for creating and distributing client closeout notices.
Daily & weekly reporting
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Reliable transportation to visit project sites as needed
Expert level of proficiency with office-based technology (computer, tablet, printer, scanner, etc.
High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Work, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Ability to multi-task
Professionally communicate via verbal and written mediums to all customers, internal and external
Punctual
Great attitude and willing to learn and abide by the Blue Heron Core Values
Warranty and Construction knowledge helpful
Preferred experience in DwellingLive
