We are looking for a Director of Operations to join our team at the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group. This role will oversee and support all of our concepts and assist training and development, provide guidance and mentorship to our management team, and ensure financial goals are being met. The Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group includes Meat & Potatoes, Butcher and the Rye, Gi-jin, Golden Gai, Fish nor Fowl, Poulet Bleu, Sally Ann's, Täkō, Täkō Tȏrtä, and Coop de Ville.

This is a multi-faceted, very hands-on role. We are looking for a dedicated candidate who can work a flexible schedule to support where needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working in a leadership role in a high volume restaurant environment, multi-unit experience preferred
• Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a team player mindset
• Comfortable managing all aspects of the FOH staff
• Managing P&L
• Ability to work under pressure with grace and ease
• Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move during entire shift including frequent bending and stooping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
