We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Information Entry Clerk. As an Information Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our database systems. You will work closely with various departments to gather, verify, and input information into our systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly auditing data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather and input relevant data.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance by following established guidelines and procedures.
• Generate reports based on data analysis and present findings to management.
• Assist in developing and implementing data management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using database systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field will be a plus.
