```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Schedule appointments and manage service requests
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates for repairs and explain services to customers
- Upsell additional services and products as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Writer or Service Advisor is preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair, automotive diagnostics, oil changes, brake repairs, shocks/struts alignment, and other common automotive services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians
- Sales experience is a plus
