Job Description

Shipping clerk for Clean Rice Shipping department. Full time Sunday through Wednesday.

Job Duties

Works in ERP.

Creates pack orders for all clean rice trucks and railcars.

Prints load reports for all clean rice trucks and railcars.

Issues seals for trucks and railcars.

Schedules appointments for trucks.

Weigh trucks in and out for bulk and bagged rice.

Pulls Bill of Ladings for trucks and railcars.

Scans paperwork into Laser Vault

Cleans according to Cleaning Schedules.

Fills in for other Shipping Clerks when necessary.

Prepares packing slips.

Any other duties assigned by manager.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
