Located in scenic northwestern Wisconsin just 90 miles from Minneapolis, RLWS offers big city careers in a small-town atmosphere. We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team!
The Manufacturing Engineer will design, engineer, and test new/custom products toward customer specifications. Designs improvements to existing products. Develops Bills of Materials, drawings, solid modeling drawings, engineering documentation and other items on designed products. Uses experience and knowledge with machining, metal forming, welding, casting, painting and plating in the development of products. May lead project teams and handles multiple projects. Ensures designs are focused toward reliable and cost-effective products. Works as a member of a team maintaining self-directed work in order to obtain the highest level of customer service, quality and efficiency. Aids in the manufacturing of products and oversees the installation processes. Assist with departmental activities including, working with customers, coordinates with outside vendors and reviewing manuals.
