RLWS is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator who will work with our national service clients and scale dealers. This candidate will work closely with some of our largest national accounts to field calls, manage requests, coordinate service, ensure appropriate charges and accurate billing and payments. Our Customer Service Coordinators partner with key internal constituents to deliver outstanding support and world-class customer service. This position has a flexible fulltime work week scheduled between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm M-F.
