This role would be working with our strategic partner retailer accounts to help grow our money transfer transactions within the assigned geography. This individual will be tasked with building strong relationships with retailer associates and management to obtain support at the store level to grow transactions. The role would include providing information to associates on our new services, new promotional campaigns, sharing best practices in selling to new customers, and troubleshooting issues. This role will also support the company through marketing activities such as gathering competitive market data, posting in-store POS materials, in-store marketing events, and gathering direct feedback on our service from retail associates and consumers to increase transaction volume.
