Business Unit: Global Distribution Operations Job Description: As a Data Governance and Commission Analyst, you will manage and maintain the organization's Go-To-Market (GTM) data governance policies and procedures and administer the US Retail Commission program. Your primary role is to drive strategy, execution, and ongoing oversight of data governance projects and standards that support sales technologies' growth and scalability, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role targets individuals looking to leverage their experience to grow into a critical central figure within our Global Sales Operations Business Intelligence team and with our internal stakeholders. You will partner with key organizational stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business needs, perform analysis, and execute solutions to transform the business through governance processes, technology, and policies. Salary Range: $68,000 - $73,000 Specific compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The responsibilities of the individual in this position include: Data Governance Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the organization's data governance policies and procedures. Help execute the data governance strategy to support the organization's strategic objectives - specifically around self-service Ensure that the organization's data is managed and used in compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Create and maintain a data catalog, documenting the organization's data assets and their use. Develop and enforce data quality standards and best practices. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure data is used effectively and efficiently. Implement solutions to improve data quality for all data domains Evaluate and assess upstream solutions to reduce manual ad-hoc data requests flowing regularly into the sales operations inbox Support projects that impact data migration and data governance Incentive Compensation Administration Responsibilities: Administer the organization's incentive compensation program for the US Retail division Analyze and report on compensation trends and data to help inform decision-making. Manage the process for setting and communicating compensation policies and guidelines. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that compensation programs are consistent and fair across the organization.
