The Role

As a member of the Consumer Products Team, you will lead Quality Strategy for North America. This role is seeking a leader with a deep understanding of consumer-packaged goods quality, manufacturing, supply chain, IT environment, and business development.

In this role, you will provide industry thought leadership, mixing customer and market-facing activities to raise awareness, identify opportunities, and increase deal flow with internal advocacy to help define the innovation roadmap for Veeva QualityOne software.

This is a fully remote position, and proximity to the East Coast is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with sales and marketing to develop positioning and collateral that grows and accelerates the customer pipeline
• Be the voice of the industry internally and externally. Represent Veeva in conferences and webinars, customer meetings and internal training.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with Quality executive leadership.
• Identify key market needs for Quality management software and work with product team to translate into new feature innovation for Veeva QualityOne.
• Lead and support business case development, internally and with customers. 

• 12 years of work experience, including 5 years Consumer Products Quality 
• At least 4 years’ experience in a client facing role with heavy exposure to the sales/new business processes in a technology or consulting company servicing the CPG, Food & Beverage, or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and influence organizations and customers
• Demonstrated ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions
