It is the primary responsibility of the Sportsbook Cashier/Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the Sportsbook at Rhythm City Casino, an Elite Casino Resorts property. This is to include training employees, planning, and all cashier duties. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. Ensure your leadership illustrates professionalism, and is on par with company standards. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and guests.
- Assist in directing the daily work of the employees, to include setting work hours/schedule.
- Handle customer inquires and issues as appropriate.
- Ensure the Sports Book area is clean and in proper working condition daily, including all cashier POS equipment and kiosks.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experience is encouraged.
- Ability to compute accurately a variety of mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages using a calculator.
Schedule varies; to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Starts at 16.50/hr 40 hours of PTO on day 1
