Job Description
Rhombus Power seeks a highly motivated UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing team, delivering complex enterprise solutions.
We’re looking for colleagues that are intrinsically motivated to create polished user interfaces and interactions, positive experiences, and have a growth mindset. We want someone who’s looking to figure out that ‘Ok, but what’s next?’ portion of a problem, anticipating and proactively responding to the entirety of the UI/UX process.
You’re motivated to understand user needs and behaviors and use that to drive product design and identify areas for improvement. You’ll be creating, reviewing, and iterating on wireframes, prototypes and pixel-perfect designs, and helping build out our design system!
You can expect to work with customer stakeholders, product, engineering, and leadership teams on existing and future products that are changing the way US policy decisions are being made.
