Summary/Objective:  Large local construction company is seeking a full-time Finance Supervisor to oversee the Revenue and Billing team processes and identify improvement opportunities related to them. Our Company has seen consistent revenue growth over the past several years, weathering the economic downturn better than many other construction-oriented companies. Essential Functions: .

• Oversee and engage in process improvement projects related to Revenue and Billing.
• Help assess/support finance process improvement projects.
• Present analysis to key finance stakeholders.
• Oversee the daily workflow and provide technical support to the Revenue and Billing team.
• Be able to backfill a Billing Team member when they are on vacation or out sick
• Ensure compliance with the Revenue and Billing processes.
• Prepare reports, KPIs and related projections.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills, Education and Experience

• Two to five years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience in Finance or equivalent roles.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Ability to foster collaboration within multiple teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
