Summary/Objective: A Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining guest service in the food area, oversees and is accountable for the food service in assigned store, which includes ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise inventory, expense control, and managing food operating costs.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position type/Hours of work:
This position regularly requires flexible schedules, long hours, and frequent weekend work.
Travel:
Less than 5% to help out sister stores when needed, or attend needed trainings.
