Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Edit and retouch product and lifestyle images to meet brand standards.

• Manage digital assets and ensure they are properly organized and accessible.

• Ensure that all images are consistent in terms of color, exposure, and overall aesthetic.

• Collaborate with photographers to help plan and execute photo shoots.

• Help develop and maintain visual standards for the brand.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.

• Retouch images for print & digital use.

• Prepare images for use in social media campaigns.

• Work with graphic designers & digital ads team to ensure that images meet layout & design requirements.

• Use Photoshelter to maintain a system for archiving and retrieving images.

• Participate in team meetings to provide input and feedback on photography projects.

• Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and software.

• Assist with other photography-related tasks as needed.

• Manage and prioritize a high volume of images on a daily basis.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a team environment.

Ideal Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Photo Retoucher or similar role.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with digital asset management systems.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with photography and lighting equipment.

• Experience with retouching for print and digital use.

• Proficiency in color correction and color management.

• Knowledge of industry standards for file formats and image resolution.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in photography, graphic design, or a related field a plus.

• Willingness to work full-time and on location at Rhoback's headquarters in Charlottesville, Virginia.
