We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in data entry tasks with prior Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities include:

· Build and maintain lead generation through Salesforce

· Work with existing sales teams to ensure proper entry of data into multiple technology platforms.

· Handle distribution of marketing materials for prospective new customers

· Help create and maintain workflows and documentation of processes

· Perform data collection, file organization, and data entry tasks

· Computerize data and generate reports

· Utilize several platform databases to input, update, and maintain records

· Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data entry and analysis

· Create pivot tables to analyze data efficiently

· Type documents accurately and efficiently

· Foster a positive team environment and ongoing training of Salesforce platform

Qualifications:

· Prior experience entering data and exporting from Salesforce CRM

· Strong research skills utilizing online platforms and existing in house software

· Proficiency in basic math for data entry accuracy

· Strong knowledge of Excel for data manipulation and analysis

· Experience in data collection, file organization, and computerized data entry

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for pivot tables creation

· Excellent organizational skills to manage files and documents effectively
