SCHEDULER / RECEPTIONIST

Rhino Staging is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented individual who can effectively manage their time, prioritize work, and multitask across several ever-changing projects. This person would be working with a tight knit office team to properly coordinate and schedule employees for multiple events in and around the Atlanta area, as well as neighboring states. At that time, the working conditions for stagehands there were poor. Rhino was founded with the simple philosophy of doing things right and treating people well. This has allowed us to become the leading provider of event labor staffing nationwide. We have pioneered many positive changes in the entertainment industry and will continue to lead in safety, training, and professional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate employees for multiple event shifts, including travel opportunities
  • Answer and direct phone calls from employees and clients
  • Interact with employees and clients when changes in schedules and information arise, answer general inquiry requests
  • Data entry, such as inputting employee timesheets, receipts, and employee/client information
  • Assist with developing and maintaining working relationships with clients and employees
  • Ability to work an on-call rotation to assist clients and employees after hours as needed
  • Work flexibility, as some overtime and weekends may be required
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Work daily with our Production team, Operations Manager, and Scheduling Coordinators

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and answering emails
  • Ability to learn new computer programs quickly
  • Experience working in an environment with a high volume of calls
  • Strong time management skills with an attention to detail

Pay Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience
