Rhino Staging is looking to hire on-call STAGEHAND and CONVERSION team members to join our crew for festival, stadium, arena, and convention exhibit events in FLORIDA. Hired candidates will join our elite team for Rhino Staging Florida called team Crash. This role is designed for those that like to pick things up and then put them down...SAFELY! It’s the perfect role for those that won’t let a little Florida rain stop them from getting the job done on time. Don’t mind rubbing a little dirt on a scratch? Then you’ll love working on our outdoor stadium and festival events because there is dirt and mud everywhere. You’ll get to swing hammers, lay down flooring, build stages, assemble concert set pieces, load and unload trucks and push so many cases, you’ll be able to surrender your gym membership. This is the job that can directly position you to tackle roles as a *forklift driver, scissor-lift operator, and maybe even move into roles with our rigging team *(Opportunities upon completion of training and certification with Rhino Staging Florida).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. on your own.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• NO SET WEEKLY SCHEDULE.
• Must be willing to work under varying weather conditions.
• Must be willing to work cohesively with teammates and supervisors.
• Must be willing to wear appropriate attire for concert / corporate events.
• Must understand general industry terms and fundamental principles.
• Must be willing to work varying stagehand level roles.

STAGE CREW WORK SCHEDULE

• This is an ON-CALL POSITION.
• Hours will vary! We are a 24-hour company, seven days a week, plus holidays.
