Under direct supervision, our Warehouse Supervisor oversees the Greenville, TX Rhino S&R warehouse team efforts while performing a variety of shipping, invoicing, packaging, picking and inventory-related tasks for shipping domestic and international products providing superior customer service to both internal and external Rhino clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to:

• Supervises the warehouse team functions ensuring professionalism, safety standards, accuracy and productivity while meeting daily organizational deadlines.
• Coordinates warehouse shipping activity with customer service; invoicing, checks batches, warranty items and additional shipping related functions.
• Oversees warehouse shipments and daily scheduling activities.
• Packages materials in accordance with established company processes/procedures and then ships accordingly.
• Provides appropriate and accurate documentation to the sales team, shipping team and support team to complete the overall RMA process.
• Processes returns of defective merchandise, as needed.
• Works with management keeping warehouse team members in compliance with shipping regulatory certifications and training requirements.
• Supports company-wide ISO quality program standards by following written procedures and safety requirements maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• Five years related warehousing and supervisory work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to operate and maintain valid forklift drivers license certification.
• Must read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Computer savvy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping software a plus, but not required.
• Detail oriented and able to take minimal direction.
