Full Job Description:

Rhea Health is seeking an Energetic professional who will lead our team and provide occupational health services at our clinic and customer workplace.

Services Responsibilities:

  • Customer intake
  • Administer occupational health services including UA and BAT, hearing tests, respirator fit tests, vaccination administration, EKG, physical exam intake (all training and certifications will be provided)
  • Paperwork emailed, faxed, and filed each day
  • Email and phone communication with customers

Leader Responsibilities:

  • Maintain written procedures, ensure compliance with staff and daily functions
  • Regularly review and revise written procedures to align with evolving needs
  • Coordinate staff schedules and assignments efficiently
  • Anticipate service demands and strategize scheduling accordingly
  • Provide staff feedback in order to improve performance
  • Communicate effectively with staff members of current and upcoming process changes
  • Ensure adherence to new initiatives and established practices among staff
  • Skillfully resolve customer and staff concerns to maintain collaboration and productivity

  • Exhibit a commitment for process improvement and a dedication to optimizing workflows
  • Emphasize the importance of written documentation, ensuring staff adherence and updating procedures as necessary
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating fast-paced environments and providing quick problem-solving skills
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Passionate about fostering staff growth
  • Lead with empathy while also providing clear direction and guidance
  • Proactive planner to forecast up coming events and schedule appropriately
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both staff and customers
  • Ability to work 8-5 most days with flexibility to work earlier or later in the day if on site services require
  • Occasional travel to on site customer locations, typically within Oklahoma City

Education/Certification:

  • High school/GED required
  • Certifications and training specific to job will be provided
  • Phlebotomy certification a plus but not required

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Microsoft suite, including excel, word, outlook and teams
  • Proficiency in operating office equipment including printers, scanners, and general computer systems

Job Type:
