Behavioral Health Urgent Care:
Offering crisis stabilization and emergency care for people experiencing a mental health or substance use/addiction crisis and services for individuals who desire immediate access to assessment, treatment and support for behavioral health needs.
Schedule: 3 - 12 hour overnight shifts
Pay Rate: Depending on experience and licensure.
Licensed Clinical Professional Starting at $28/hour Shift Diff

RHA Behavioral Health Services is in need of dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Worker to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team, to provide services at our crisis center. In this dynamic role you will provide assessments, care and treatments for clients while adhering to RHA's standards of care.

Job Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Worker you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric disorders and substance use disorders in the crisis center; ensuring the safety and well being of each patient; and supporting the maintenance of the therapeutic environment.
Additional responsibilities of the Mental Health Worker include:
  • Triage
  • Complete crisis assessment
  • Provide clinical recommendations and case management
  • Demonstrate de-escalation skills and solution focused approach
Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position include:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a humans services field with 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field OR 4 years experience and a degree in a non-related field.
  • Preferred experience: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or relevant associate level license
  • Valid driver's license and automotive insurance required

  • Drug testing
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
