Position Summary:
As a Manufacturing Engineer Lvl I, II you will serve as an engineering & manufacturing subject matter expert for RGBSI A&D across various programs requiring product design and development knowledge. Your knowledge and expertise will be widely applied across RGBSI A&D's broad client base from various industry domains such as aerospace, automotive, other defense sectors. You will provide thought leadership around new technologies and methodologies while working with RGBSI A&D clients in defining future state for their engineering and manufacturing strategies. The Manufacturing Engineer Lvl I, II is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and processes involved in manufacturing.
As a key member of the RGBSI Aerospace & Defense Customer Engagement Team, the Manufacturing Engineer Lvl I, II is responsible for executing against key milestones and deliverable timelines. This role requires client-facing interaction with project teams in meeting aggressive timelines and delivering effective client solutions.
Responsibilities
· Perform and review design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA) and process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA) to identify and assess design and manufacturing risks
