If you're ready to bring your unique talents and drive to our team, we want to hear from you.

Concrete flatwork is hard work. But why make it harder by working for someone who doesn't appreciate you? Join the Hendricks family today and experience what it's like to work for a company that values you as much as we value our customers.

Requirements:

Concrete flatwork is our bread and butter, and we're seeking skilled individuals who are eager to master the art of finishing. As a finisher, you'll be knee-deep in a variety of projects such as basements, driveways, patios, and even commercial jobs (we don’t discriminate). Even if you're newer to finishing, we'll provide the necessary training for you to excel and hone your craft.

  • Finishing experience? It's non-negotiable. We need a Finisher who can handle all aspects of concrete work like a pro - from setting forms to broom finishing, pouring, floating, and troweling.
  • For those who have mastered the art of hard finishing and machine troweling, we’re willing to pay top dollar.
  • Get ready to work in a fast-paced environment where every minute counts and efficiency is key.
  • A team player who can work well with others and contribute to the team.
  • Oh, and don't forget the most important requirement - a sense of humor. We're a crew that likes to joke around and have a good time, even when we're working our asses off. If you can't handle some humor, then this job probably isn't for you.
