RFK Community Alliance is Hiring a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Near Lancaster, MA

Who We Seek
This position will work with students at the Doctor Franklin Perkins School, located in Lancaster, MA. Our school-based educational program provides a 12-month academic program for students in Grades K-12 and is dedicated to exceptional academic, social, emotional, and behavioral supports and related services.

The SLPA will be responsible for speech therapy treatments under the supervision of the SLP to provide therapy services to students, including treatment, program planning and implementation.

Who You Are
You will have an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology and a Massachusetts SLPA
license. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally and confidentially with
students, parents, and the community.

Shift:
This is a long-term temporary 40-hour per week position with the possibility of turning into a permanent FT position if desired by the candidate. We also have 16-hour or Per-Diem positions available.

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
