MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-4:30PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grounds Clean up
- Clubhouse Set ups
- ·Power washing/painting
- Pressure injecting/waterproofing
- ·Gutter and downspout cleaning, replacement and repairs
- Occasional Roof and window leak investigation and repair
- ·Pipe Boot Replacement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Experience:
- Exterior Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: On the road
