Job Title : Warehouse Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Your Role :

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for maximizing safety, quality and productivity including but not limited to company targeted case fill rate achievement, cost / service optimization initiatives, customer satisfaction and miscellaneous ad-hoc projects in the warehouse (DC) operations.

You will have the opportunity to :

• Make safety your number one priority
• Build teamwork and collaboration within warehouse operation to increase morale and productivity thresholds
• Monitor work to meet / exceed established warehouse standards and prescribed volume requirements.
• Partner with Transportation, Supply Planning, Plant Production and Distribution functions to coordinate strategic and tactical plans addressing initiatives and business needs

Ultimately, you will be responsible for daily supervision and coaching of warehouse associates to maximize overall facility performance.

We need you to have :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of related professional supply chain or warehousing experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Proficient math skills

Icing on the cake :

• BA / BS in Logistics, Management or a related field
• SAP experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing supply chain processes
