Reynolds Construction Management Services is looking for an Accounting Assistant. Knowledge of office and accounting practices, having good computer skills, phone and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and employees are essential for this position.

• Perform a variety of accounting tasks:
  • Accounts Receivable processing from clients
  • Accounts Payable Entry
  • Accounts Payable processing to subcontractors and material warehouses
  • Credit Card Statement reconciliations
• Assist with Front Counter activities when needed; to include greeting clients, subcontractors and answer incoming telephone calls
• Maintain and update Policy/Procedure Manual as revisions are made
• Assist with New Hire On-Boarding
• Other office tasks as assigned or arise
• Performing duties in an independent manner with minimal direction and supervision.
• Recognizing and performing duties, which need to be performed although not directly assigned.

Experience:

• Accounting with background in Construction (Preferred)
• Sage 100 Contractor (Preferred)
