About This Role

We are looking for a Replenishment Associate to receive, stock, and replenish inventory from our warehouse to our stores . You will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are stocked with the right product at the right time, so that we can maintain our high levels of customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Receive into our Warehouse Management System and stock all deliveries to the warehouse in the appropriate pick bin within 24 hours of delivery
• When necessary, prep a store’s shipment, checking it in and getting the product floor ready
• Track all store inventory levels to determine how often/when to efficiently replenish store inventory to ensure the store remains in stock
• Pick, pack and ship replenishment stock to stores from the warehouse stock, making all deliveries to stores in Oahu, and arranging shipping for outer island stores.
• Pack and ship RTV’s (Return to Vendor) for the warehouse and stores
• Assist in store-to-store transfers to replenish inventory, as necessary, as well as delivering special orders to stores/hotels/customers/retailers, as needed

Our Must Have’s

• 1 year of warehouse experience,
• 1-2 years retail store experience, preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a passion for efficiency and order
• We are looking for someone entrepreneurial and “make-it-happen”, who can take the systems we have today and make them better
• You should enjoy working with a team, but also be comfortable working independently
• Ability to anticipate and solve issues before they become problems
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times·
