Position Summary:
Our Merchandising Team supports our Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring our products are up to date, our brands are well represented, and our presence stands out in top retailers nationwide. Merchandisers travel to grocery stores to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along their route. Merchandisers help to maintain our relationships in the market by continuing to develop our supplier brands while providing best in class service.
- Shift: Full-time, 5:00am - 6:00am start time, weekend availability may be required
- Pay: $19.00 per hour overtime monthly car allowance & mileage reimbursement
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k
- Independent work environment traveling to local stores in your area
- Must have valid driver's license

Our distribution center is in Richmond, but your time will be spent merchandising our product at local stores in the Colonial Heights, VA area
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your route
- Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
- Manage backroom by organizing and consolidating product
- Report backstock inventory levels
- Maintain relationships in the market by providing best in class service
- Other projects or duties as assigned
