REX Baseball is Hiring a REX Production Crew Internship Near Terre Haute, IN

The production crew is responsible for live camera operation (hand-held, hard, and robotic), switcher operation, graphics, replay operation, coiling camera cables, editing on Adobe Premier Pro, and overall production assistant to home REX Baseball games.
GENERAL:
· Knowledge of Sport Broadcast Television workflow
· Should have good interpersonal and communication skills to relay information not clear to the director/producer including television terminology (zoom, focus, lighting, iris level, etc)
· Listens and accomplishes tasks from producer/director/managing staff
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:· Must be for college credit (UNPAID)
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
· Must be available all 28 home games from July 1st - August 14th (If we make playoffs)
· Willingness to follow established procedures and work nights & weekends above and beyond normal working hours. Work hours flexible to meet needs
· Strong ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and high-pressure environment
· Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
· Ability to work independently and as a team member
· Positions needed, but not limited to: Cameras, Technical Directing, & Producer/Director
· Ability to a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays 
CAMERA EQUIPMENT:
· Individual might be standing for long periods of time with camera and equipment (cable, batteries, etc)
· Applicant could be asked to sit for extended stretches while holding a camera and equipment (cable, batteries, etc.)
· Operator should be able to run a broadcast camera and keep up with College Baseball fast-paced action
· Operator should be able to climb Stairs and walk with equipment.
· Operator should know how to install/remove (plug/unplug) and coil camera cable accurately
· Ability to wear a headset for communication while working
OTHER CAPABILITIES:
· Interest and desire to run replay equipment
· Workflow knowledge of simple graphic system
· Ability to set-up and operate a production switcher
· Knowledge of hand-held and stationary (hard) Camera equipment
· Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro CC software for quick editing
