Overview:
In this role, the HR Effectiveness and Governance Leader will have the opportunity to improve the way Revvity's HR organization works and supports the broader Revvity organization overall. Responsibilities will include making improvements to HR programs and processes to increase the efficiency of the HR organization.The role will include a mix of project related work as well as areas of continuing responsibility.Reporting to the HR Operational Excellence & M&A Leader, the HR Effectiveness and Governance Leader will have significant opportunity to collaborate with other members of the HR leadership team and will manage employees.
