Job Description:

We are seeking a Certified Google Analytics Specialist with expertise in the transition from GA3 to GA4. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating GA4 with BigQuery and possess the skills necessary to analyze and interpret data to drive business insights. The successful candidate will work closely with our data analytics team to ensure data accuracy, develop effective tracking solutions, and provide guidance on optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead transitions from GA3 to GA4, including developing a migration plan and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Configure GA4 properties, streams, and tags to track website and app usage effectively.
  • Integrate GA4 with BigQuery and develop data pipelines to automate data processing.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving website and app performance.
  • Provide recommendations on optimizing website and app usability, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) certification is required and GA4 certification is preferred.
  • Experience with GA3 to GA4 transition and integration with BigQuery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
