rEVolutionary detailers is Hiring a Car Detailer/Area Manager Near Denver, CO

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Mobile Detailer and Area Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality detailing services to our customers while also managing your designated area. This includes selling services, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality detailing services for electric vehicles (EVs) at designated charging stations.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Monitor and report on area performance, including sales metrics and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mobile detailing and customer service.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation for quality and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields preferred.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Comfortable using technology for scheduling, payment processing, and communication.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles and environmental sustainability is a plus.
